1 banana
2 cups of water(filtered)
1 cup Spinach (raw)
1 tbs flaxseed
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

INGREDIENTS
-3 oz. light limeade (made with limes, water, and a sugar substitute)
-Lime juice (one lime)
-2 oz. tequila
