Chicken Kabob

INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp coriander
black pepper
6 oz chicken breast
1 small zucchini
1 small onion
1 red pepper
METHOD: Rub chicken with blended spices. Cut chicken and vegetables into chunks. Skewer and grill or broil.
COURSE: Dinner
PREPARATION TIME: 15 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 Minutes
