Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
4 oz chicken breast cooked
1 stalk celery
onion to taste
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp almonds
2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp chicken stock
dash of hot pepper sauce
METHOD: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled.
