Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cabbage 1/4 cup onion 1 tsp caraway seeds
1 cup red and yellow peppers
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
METHOD: Shred and combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate to meld flavor.
