Cranberry Cabbage Salad

INGREDIENTS
4 tsp finely chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp celery seed
2 tbsp nonfat greek style yogurt
1 tsp honey or agave
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
1/2 green apple finely chopped(optional)
2 tbsp dried cranberries
METHOD: Heat a pan over medium heat and add the celery seed and walnuts, stir until fragrant. Combine the yogurt, agave, lemon juice, cider vinegar in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and toss to coat.
