Curried Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 roasted chicken, meat shredded (I just pull it apart, I think it tasted better than cubed)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup red grapes halved
Dressing
1 cup greek style yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tsp of curry powder( or more to your taste)
1 tbsp mango chutney
METHOD: Combine the chicken, celery, etc in a bowl. Separately mix the dressing ingredients and then toss chicken mixture to coat.
COURSE: Lunch
PREPARATION TIME: 15 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 30 Minutes
