Red and Green Pepper Frittata

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup red and green peppers
1 tsp basil
3 egg whites
1 tbsp water
white pepper to taste
METHOD: Whisk eggs and water, add chopped peppers and pour into an oven proof dish, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until center is firm.
COURSE: Breakfast
PREPARATION TIME: 10 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 Minutes
