Salmon Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
1 tsp chives
1 tsp vinegar
4 oz ground salmon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
METHOD: Beat egg whites until thick. Combine remaining ingredients and add eggs. Mix well then form a patty. Sear on stove top and cook through.
COURSE: Dinner
PREPARATION TIME: 10 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 Minutes
