Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup parsley
small zucchini
1 red pepper
1 small onion
2 mushrooms
1 celery stalk
1 tomato
4 cups vegetable broth
METHOD: Detox Friendly Chop vegetables and then bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add 4 oz cooked turkey (or chicken) per serving for Turkey Vegetable Soup
COURSE: Lunch
PREPARATION TIME: 15 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 30 Minutes
